Unfortunately this salon has no compassion for clients . I had to change my appointment a few times & was told I couldn't make an appointment because I had cancelled prior appointments. I told the receptionist my husband was having surgery & had been sick prior to this. She didn't care she said it was their policy. Hope the owner knows she's turning people away.
I wanted to take time to write a review about my blonde hair colorist - Steve, & his team. I had a bad experience with a previous hair dresser who fried off my hair with over bleaching. I came to Steve in 2016, was very nervous to go back to a salon to get my blonde colored again. Steve is so awesome, fun to talk to, and he lets me be part of the process (which I'm sure can be annoying but helps me feel so much better). He discusses and explains everything to me that we are doing with my hair. Him and his team always do an amazing job. They are able to lift my hair to the color I want with one bleaching session without damaging it, and they pick the best toning concoctions. I also met Katie the last time I went who washed my hair & applied the toner, and she was so awesome. Very attentive, accommodating, and really did everything she could to make me feel so comfortable. Thankyou guys so much! It's so hard to find a good blonde colorist, my blonde once again looks amazing after coming here.
