Where are the recent Yelp reviews?

Wow prices up a lot.  Basic $28 MVP $30 Ultimate $35

I was used to $25 MVP a few months ago.

Also they changed the product they sell.  I liked the old tea tree stuff.

I remember more than one tv in the waiting area and magazines.  There was a renovation a year ago.  Not for the better.

Came yesterday.  One stylist sick so store closed.  Sunday

Today Monday only one stylist in store with AREA LEADER who can't do hair.  Wait is about 25 minutes.  Was 0 but someone else got here first.  My bad.

I have an MVP card but the last few times I went they said the computer said I had fewer haircuts left.  And I watch them mark the card so I know what I have.  They won't honor what the card says.

Today, Sunday, I went in 5 minutes before open time.  Waited outside 5 minutes.  Employee said the other employee is sick and I can't stay here alone so store closed.

I go in for a simple hair cut.  I've been using Great Clips across the street more and more.  I wonder why.

I wasn't in a hurry and purposefully chose a stylist with slightly longer wait time.  I got Gilda and she paid great attention to detail.  I have been growing out some summer bleach and she was able to fade it in the back and respect the length in the ftont while very lightly scissor cutting the worst of the bleach damage/ split ends.  Color delineation in the back was spot-on.  She even used a foil shaver for the neckline (which is significantly tighter than a typical zero guard trimmer).  I have dove in blind twice at different Morrisville area Sport Clips and have been very impressed both times.

What a bad place to go not only was the wait longer than I cared to wait but my hair cut is trash. Literally was trying to just give the yelp review the Benefit but hell if I go to this place again. My simple fade turned into a high and tight. Which looks like they drew a line around my head and hoped for the best.

I should have paid attention to the reviews.  I had a busy schedule and this Sports Clips was the closest to me and we were going shopping after my haircut.  When I went in shortly after 10:00 am, there were two stylists, both were cutting someone's hair and only one other person waiting so I signed in.  The screen indicated I was the second person in line.  Both patrons finished near the same time and before either started on the next cut, another person came in.  I asked him if he had checked in and he advised me he did it online.  A great idea but why wasn't his name put on the screen prior to my signing in on site.  Since I would have had to wait longer and didn't know how many others had signed in via the internet ahead of me, I asked them to take my name of the list.  I have used the Sports Clips at the Creadmore and Falls of the Neuse locations and had no issues, especially the Falls of the Neuse Location.  Again, I should have paid attention to the reviews!
