Joei does a beautiful job. My hair never looked so good, vibrant. The color really lasts. Customer service is very friendly and accommodating /attentive. Cant ask for a better experience. Atmosphere is super cool and edgy

Went here for the first time got recommended by somebody that had a haircut that I liked. I walked in and sat down to wait for my hair to be cut and I noticed a drink menu in the center of the table that told me pricey, pricey pricey, pricey wow I spent a half an hour in the chair the haircut was OK with tip. It cost $105. 85 for haircut and a $20 tip. Also I found it weird that the woman insisted that she wash my hair even though I washed it two hours ago before I went for the haircut. I have been getting my haircut for 62 years and I never had an issue. She basically forced me to get this shampoo and I'm pretty sure I paid handsomely for that shampoo also yes I know I should've insisted no right first time there and last Will I go back for that price heck no !!!!!!!!

I don't know where to begin so I'll get to the point. Ever hear of buyer beware? Well beware of this salon. 6 years of coming to this salon. My daughter decided to change her hairstyle. Less extensions, shorter hair, less highlights. I was quoted $275 dollars. Made perfect sense since I purchased hair extensions from the salon prior. After services were done my daughter was charged over $500. When asked why we were charged $500 we were told "that's what you always paid!" Sorry, what was always paid? But in the past we paid for more extensions, longer hair and more highlights! How would the price be the same? Wrong answer in any service that is provided. How is that answer acceptable? So now we set a precedent for pricing? I will always pay $500 because that's my set price? Get less and pay for more? I'm pretty much speechless. Feel taken advantage of. Loyal clients mean nothing here. To top this all off adding more insult to my intelligence I find out an added fee of $25 was and is added to use a purple rinse. Really? NOTE HERE LADIES...GOOGLE SEARCH. DO RESEARCH. PURPLE IS USED TO OMIT/ NEUTRALIZE YELLOW TONES. IT' IS A COLOR CORRECTOR. OPPOSITE TONE ON A BASIC COLOR WHEEL. Yellow is toned by purple. Why are we to pay because the stylist did not use the correct formula? My daughters hair was not even close to a yellow tone when she walked in so why is there a fee for color correction? Nothing makes sense here. Prices are made up based on the owners feelings. That's all. My suggestion: *Get any quote in writing signed by owner. *Check your bill upon check out and be sure every detail / service is itemized. No one should ever pay for a color corrective. Any unwanted undertones are the fault of the owner/stylist. Most importantly trust no one....even someone you have been doing business with for years. Taking advantage of clients is just wrong. Poor business ethics here and after scrolling through other reviews I'm not alone with being mis-quoted and over charged. Clients mean nothing. Lot's of egos here.

I went in for a haircut. I showed the hairdresser the way I wanted my haircut. I had a picture and I wanted my hair exactly like that picture. She said she would be able to do that. Instead she gave me an Afro which is what I was trying to get away from. The disaster is I now have to grow my hair all over again which will take a year in order to get the haircut that I want. She charged me $75 for a five minute haircut. I am very upset and waiting for the owner to call me. Even a refund won't make me happy. She made a very big mistake. Her name is Jen. They robbed me by charging $75 For a hair cut that I hate

This salon is scary. There is only one person here who cuts short hair. The entire staff has horrible 2 toned hair like my daughter did in middle school with clip in kids extensions. If your stylist has a terrible hair style, I have found they aren't a good stylist. Everyone of the clients that left while I was there looked like they had very poor extensions in . When the gal finished doing my hair. She looked at it and said she wasn't happy with it (neither was I) and said she'd work on it next time. Really, there won't be a next time!
