Simon Styles Salon & Spa in Little Falls, NJ

I truly gave this place a shot, but I'm soooo disappointed with how it turned out, and I was there from 10am TO 7pm. I first went to Pompton because it was closer, but Stacey messed up my hair, so I called the Little Falls number to get my hair fixed and yes they did fix my hair BUT when I went to get extensions a few months later... just please see the pictures...... I had numerous amounts of people tell me that they looked horrible. First they don't match and are obviously not the same color, and they were DEFINITELY put in improperly. I tried calling to explain that they were put in improperly but I was gaslighted by Juan, the co-owner of the place, to believe that they weren't. He proceeded to tell me that I should've called to get it fixed, ie. add extensions and color correct, but why would I go back to a place that left me ashamed to walk in public? And, I don't have all day to sit in a chair to fix my hair. The girl who did my hair knew my hair AND I never had to have a consult for this appointment. She never asked me to come in before the extensions. She just gave me my appointment date and time. I took AN ENTIRE DAY OFF OF WORK and was so excited to have my extensions as I am leaving soon for a trip! Instead I left disappointed and crying. I tried calling to explain the situation. I first spoke with Simon, but then Juan his husband called me back. It seemed as if Simon didn't want to talk to me and was avoiding this situation because his husband called me back and gave me attitude, not the other way around, as he told me on the phone. As I was speaking with Juan, he brought up a contract I signed! BUT this was a contract for an appointment in October to get my hair done for something else NOT for these extensions, so I don't know what he was talking about. Please see the pictures again. Who would let someone leave like that?! I literally had SO MANY DIFFERENT HAIRSTYLISTS tell me that my hair was done incorrectly and that I would have had bald spots. I didn't even know the brand name extensions I was getting they felt like synthetic hair. Moral of the story don't go here and DO NOT sign anything. Otherwise you will be like me! I couldn't even get my money back. So upsetting. You would think that they would care that I was crying and upset about my hair. Instead they only care about the money. Please please please do not go here! I wish I could give ZERO STARS! THESE PICTURES WERE TAKEN BY ANOTHER HAIRSTYLIST! By the way I paid about $2000 for this... could've went on a cruise. I also was left on read when I explained how I felt about my hair. I would never ever bash a place, but I was so unhappy and was treated terribly by Juan on the phone. Accusing me of an attitude, that I only have when he started it with me.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Stacy . It was and always is a pleasure . She cut my hair exactly as I asked . She s fabulous !!!!! the salon itself is beautiful and very welcoming.

So- I took a chance and got a Groupon. The stylist, Alberta, is phenomenal. A color expert. She took such careful attention to what I wanted. I had a single process, Balyage and cut. I LOVE IT!! I highly recommend her and the vibe at the salon was completely chill. Overall a wonderful experience. I will return

I've had platinum blonde hair for about two years now. I booked an appointment to touch up my roots since my hair grew out. A routine process should not have turned the way it did but instead I got uneven coloring , multiple colors , and fried hair. I left the salon with bangs since it was fried off. Ive never had bangs or baby hairs before and when mentioned to him, he was passive aggressive and insinuated that Ive already had this prior to coming in. Hours before I took a video of my hair so I can have a before and after and you clearly see NO BANGS or any short hairs. I've been a loyal customer for way over a year now and after expressing my frustrations of how dissatisfied I am, I was not treated as one at all. Very upsetting and now I have to walk around with this botched hair and wait a few weeks to fix it so I can avoid further damage.
