Nina and Jimmy do really good work! It was great to finally find a place around here that did really good men's cuts. Nina is also really great with kids!

Writing this for a friend who doesn't do Yelp. They messed him up soooooo bad. He had to leave school embarrassed by his new haircut. Jimmy needs to get his eyes checked. They also delete Google reviews by the way.

Walked in with my kids for a haircut, was told they were by appointment only, ok that's annoying but not unreasonable. Made an appointment with them a few days out for a late afternoon cut. The day before the cut I get an email that my appointment time changed. only by 15 minutes but hey it's not like I can't be a little flexible. The day of the haircut, an hour and a half before the original appointment, I get another text that they are pushing it back by another 15 minutes. Then another text they were pushing back a third time. 3 times is a pattern, I called, asking if I could come in any time up to my scheduled time, but being delayed by an hour didn't work. They said there's nothing they can do, they don't honor the appointments that get scheduled. Wouldn't go back.

Miserable experience. When I made my appointment, I chose "mens regular hair cut w/beard". I just confirmed in the Vagaro app that I did choose the beard service as part of the haircut. For some reason, the Barber never touched or offered to touch my beard even though I asked when I sat down in the chair. In the end, the Barber gave me a skin fade where the top of my beard did not blend with it at all. As an important note, I would have pushed the Barber to clean up my beard but he accidently cut me while straight-razoring my forehead, and never acknowledged it. I didn't want to take on any more risk with getting cut, so and cleaned it the best I could as soon as I got home. This was a first (and last) time visit for me to this Barber shop. I chose the barber because of his description in the Vagaro app, even though there were no customer reviews posted. I feel I would be doing a disservice to other customers by not posting this. It is hard to believe he has as much experience as described because of his lack of apparent straight razor skills and professionalism with dealing with it once it occured. It is also hard to believe he is part owner of the shop because he had an opportunity to bring in additional revenue by offering to include my beard into the experience, whether I chose it or not. It wasn't like there was anyone waiting in line after me. I was in a pinch to get a haircut for a last minute business trip and this Barber had an opportunity to earn a loyal customer. Instead, I immediately booked my next appointment with another Barber shop as soon as I got home.

Great cut, great service, great conversation. Clean location with a friendly staff. Can't go wrong if you need a good cut around here!
