A couple months ago, I went to my usual lady at The Salon by Brooke and Company. I paid $150 to get my hair completely fried. She forgot about me with bleach on, under the dryer. She cut my hair to frame my face and added some layers when I specifically asked her not to, that I wanted it all one length. The reason why she did that was an attempt to cover up what she had done. I waited so long to find somewhere else to go because I was so scared after what happened. I would go to bed with wet hair and wake up with it so matted I couldn't do anything. I could only brush it when it was wet, it was so damaged. I decided to come to Salon Rouge and see Nicole. She was so kind and sympathetic. She worked a miracle on my hair. It's all one length and 100x healthier than it was. You can barely even tell she cut as much off as she did considering all of the breakage. I feel like a new person. I didn't realize how much my hair was ruining my mood until Nicole fixed it. I'll definitely be going back.

I came in for an appointment with Alexis and it was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had. She was so sweet and listened to what i wanted. We made great conversation the whole time and never felt awkward. My hair was so shiny and beautiful after. Even got a 15mim massage for a special they ran that day. The staff was very friendly and the salon was decorated well. I drove two hours for that appointment and needless to say I will do it again. I will be back!
