Terrible to Groupon customers! Discriminatory and their hair stylist if u can call them that have no idea what they're doing. Unless they give the Groupon customers the less experienced new workers. They don't know balyage they think it's highlights and thing Groupon customers are below regulars. They will charge you extra especially to fix their terrible styling. Paid about 400 for a Groupon costing 91. Terrible service. They should take off Their Groupons bc they clearly discriminate. Do not go here you will be up charged disappointed and your hair will never look the way you show them. Unless maybe u are a regular customer who are paying full price. In that case I don't know why this salon continues to service Groupon. No wonder they have so many bad reviews on Groupon. I hope they go out of business for the way they treat people trying to catch a break and support them even if it's a "Groupon" customer. Do not even bother! Read all the reviews about upcharges and how untrained staff is.
Laura is the best hairstylist I've ever went to. My grandmother and mother went to her to get their perms and hair colorings. Their hair always looks extra great when they come back home! She never fails to amaze when I get my hair done! And through her decades of my different, past changing hair styles, I was never was disappointed! Laura will tell you the truth too about what can and can't be done to your hair, she's honest and reliable and won't lie or "sugar coat" matters. Laura is definitely a trustworthy stylist, and a great one too
They have been very rude. And constantly cancelling appointments. They leave you on hold for over 20 min and they get mad if you cancel.
It's too costly without the Groupon. Not worth 150$ for root touchup cut and blowdry. 180$ with tip ... I feel that's a rip off. Even after paying full money the hairdresser Laura cut corners and used a heat comb instead of blowdry. And when I asked her to use the blow drier she refused. She said I will like it. The effect of blowdrier is different vs a heat roller comb. I felt the pinch of 180$. Not worth the money. Won't go there again.
