I haven't even gone there yet but tried to make an appointment with my Groupon and when I asked for a Saturday appointment, I was told they only honor Groupons on Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. When I asked the woman Elaine, who answers the phones, why it doesn't state that on the Groupon, her answer was "I don't know." Then she told me she would call me back in a few minutes to make the appointment. Needless to say, I had to call back myself. I was then told that there is only one stylist who takes the Groupon clients, Iris. Is this a joke? I have a feeling I am going to also ask Groupon for a refund...
Why can't i give this place a ZERO??? That's what it deserves. I also bought a Groupon and experienced the same unreasonable "Tuesday and Thursday only" appointment time slot restrictions. Really? Under what rock do they live that they think people can take off from work for a haircut? Groupon is giving me a hard time as well, but i'm glad that I read all the other complaints on this page so I can fight them with both barrels for a refund. Outrageous. Go to Mystique Hair Salon in Valhalla instead. They may not sell Groupons but their skills and customer service are head and shoulders above this place.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I ran into the same awful customer service as some of the others. I am an attorney and read all fine print on anything I buy. The groupon for this place had no restrictions save appointment needed, and limit 1 per person. They would not honor my groupon and would only let me make an appointment on Tuesday or Thursday. I don't care how good their stylists are, I will be spreading the word online and in person to anyone looking for a stylist, that this place should be considered only when your 8 year old little brother's hands fall off and he can't use scissors anymore.
I purchased a Groupon for Tanya Michelle and they had no restrictions limited, which I was sure to check because I know some places only allow Groupons on certain days. When I called to make an appointment, I was told I could only use my Groupon before 4 pm on Tuesday or Thursday, when I explained that this was not listed when I purchased the Groupon, the woman I spoke to seemed to be confused about the process. I contacted Groupon who also reached out to them and they still refused to honor my Groupon, sadly they were still unaccomodating and Groupon ultimately refunded my money. Unfortunately, I cannot review their hair styling but from the customer service I received, I will never go there.
