Ashley did an ok job on my hair color. Unfortunately, she did a pretty bad job on my hair cut. I couldn't see it when I left because she used a hot iron to help everything fall into place. When I got home I realized the layers were cut way too short and they keep popping up & she didn't just thin/texturize my hair "a little" like I had asked. She got carried away with thinning out my hair way too much very quickly. It will take a long time to grow it out so my hair doesn't seem so thin/frizzy and all over the place. Thankfully, all hair grows out, but I wouldn't return again....this was worse than something needing to be adjusted next time... Also, casual talk is great... but repeatedly throwing around the F*** word in conversation with a client you don't know made things uncomfortable and is unprofessional. FYI, in addition: The parking at this location was terrible when I was there. They seem to have a problem with people from the gym parking in their lot in addition to sharing parking with the other stores.
First off, let me just say that this salon is stylish and beautiful. It's got this ambience that is really enjoyable to me. Other than that, I got this super cool a-line cut from Janet in the summer and also did the Magic Sleek about a month and change ago with Brianna. I really like how each step of the process was explained clearly to me and all my questions were answered. I can happily say that my hair is still holding up perfectly - it's so easily straight and manageable, and it seems so much healthier. Thanks guys! You did a great job.
I got my haircut by Bri. She was sweet, knowledgeable and gave me exactly what I asked for. The blowout was spectacular as well. I got so many compliments on my hair all day. Thank you Bri!!!!!
I can't believe how amazing our experience was today. My boyfriend has never been to a salon before today (he always went to barbers) but since the pandemic he grew his hair out and wasn't sure what he wanted to do. We had an appointment with Ashley and she completely blew us away. She Instantly made him feel comfortable. She started with a consultation, listening to what he thought he might want and gave her suggestions. Ashley 100% nailed it! And trumped all our expectations! We live about 45min from the salon and he said he will never get another haircut from anyone but her! I also have to complement the salon on all the COVID precautions they in force, you feel completely safe! If you are looking for a new hairstylist I'm telling you look no farther Ashley is your girl!
Loved the response to covid. It honestly made me feel super at ease that they took the attention to make things safe for all parties. Ashley did a phenomenal job on transforming my roots from pre-covid and gave me a cut exactly like my inspiration photo. Honestly only down side is the price.
