I love Salon E! Becky is amazing! I haven't gotten my hair colored there yet, but I do go for regular haircuts and I always leave happy. I highly recommend the salon and Becky. I've never before left a salon happy 100% of the time, I do now!!!!
Skilled, knowledgeable stylist! Becky is great. I relocated out here from the Chicagoland area and was with the same salon and stylist for 8 years. You can imagine my panic of who was I going to find in the mountains right? BECKY at Salon E. She actually did a color correction after I made the mistake of going to a 'high end' stroudsburg shop. Becky took her time, was very meticulous, and patient. She even corrected the cut I got. I didn't feel rushed or like the shop was just trying to fill the chairs. The hair washing was important as well, she got in in scalp and scrubbed. Some places it feels like they don't even get down to the scalp. They take their time and the styling was also important. Becky took her time to dry a section at a time and curl. I loved it. Shop is small but very cute. And what they may not have in the size of the shop they certainly have in skill. Definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.
Very upset about customer service. The girl on the phone was so rude when i asked about availability.... she was actually snotty. I normally let things lile this go but i was going to try out this new business...they should be polite and helpful on the phone. I would think that would be a given. Needless to say, i called another salon where the woman who answered was polite and helpful.
Salon e has such a great atmosphere and wonderful service. I figured I would try her out after getting a bad haircut elsewhere. She fixed it and I love my new hair cut! I would highly recommend salon e!
