Salon Duo in Willingboro, NJ

As a first time client, I was very impressed with the salon. The safety protocols were on point during Covid to keep everyone safe. Also, I was highly impressed with being provided a mask for extra protection at the shampoo bowl. The environment was extremely clean, modern and comfortable. The management and staff were very kind and professional towards me. Most importantly, I loved my hair! I'll definitely be back!!

I called in the day before to set an appointment for a hair cut initially by a female barber. Their head male barber answered the phone,James.he agreed to cut my hair the next day at 10:30am. The next morning,I got up and came to the Salon Duo on time and walked to the front desk . None of the barbers greeted me and one younger one had an attitude and asked me if I needed something. I told him that I had an 10:30am appointment to get my hair cut by James. The barber asked me for my name; I told him and then he walked to the barber section talking to another barber; he then lied to me and claimed that he thought that I had a 1pm appointment. I told him that was incorrect,I had an appointment at 10:30. He then said that I would be next for my haircut after James was finished with his customer's haircut and he ordered me to wait On the other side where the women's salon area was at instead of in the barber area waiting area. A female stylist greeted me hello.I waited 45 mins and watched two male customers exit the barber side and then two men came in and waited for their haircut. The younger barber deliberately ignored my presence and then took in the two men to cut their hair. Male customers arrived in to the barber waiting area. I got my purse and walked out in disgust after more male customers got taken in for their haircuts. I will not go to that salon ever again and was not pleased with how the barber staff treated me.

Fast, convenient. Even during Covid. Just make sure to book an appointment if you don't want to wait.

Love the staff so fun lots of laughs. Prices are reasonable. I been here numerous times for simply silk press on both my daughters hair. I just recently had my oldest daughter hair colored with Paula and it came out so freaking cute!!! And the Best part their Hair is still so healthy with color and all!!!

Salon Duo? More like Salon "Won-Dou-ful"! This establishment is among the best hair salons I've ever frequented. I have known the owners for at least 10 years, and they epitomize professionalism, kindness, and "shear" excellence. Deyea, specifically, has a heart of gold & meticulously pays attention to every single customer who walks through their doors; not just the ones who take a seat in her chair. She's on-trend with her artistry and will deliver more than you'd ever expect. Paula, a lead stylist, has literally done my hair for decades--when it was long, short, relaxed, colored, or natural. She's done my hair for proms, formal portraits, weddings, and a gazillion other occasions--and not one hair of mine has ever been out of place. Beyond their craftsmanship & warm disposition lies their incredible commitment to the community. They have donated countless hours of their services for back-to-school events, charities, and fundraisers. Without a doubt, this is a solid five-star "family" of professionals who are dedicated to client satisfaction & customer contentment. Love them!
