The salon was clean however, the front desk was a bit slow to acknowledge me. I felt like the appointment was rushed which really is a reflection of management there. The price would be ok if I got what I wanted . Defiantly paid for what I got. My hair looked fine when I left curled but in its natural state strait it looked choppy and uneven.
I got a haircut and asked for a trim and got all my hair cut off! DORA SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB A THIS PLACE!! She is rude and absolutely TERRIBLE BARBER, DOES NOT CARE WHAT YOU WANT, and JUST CUTS ALM YOUR HAIR OFF! I won't be able to go out in public for a few days because it is that bad! I have no hair and it is all different lengths! So in that case don't go here she is literally so bad and should not have a job anywhere! Bye I hope she gets fired and is never able to get a job in the hair industry again!

RUDE!!!! Management is rude, the girl that cut my hair was nice. The cut was good, but WAY OVERPRICED!!!!! When I called in early November for a hair cut they told me the stylist that cut my hair before is booked til January...... WHAT??? who waits 2 months for a hair cut or calls that far in advance. That BS! I will not be returning. The reason for my comment about mgmt being rude... I took my 84 yr old mother there to get her hair done, the owner was rude to us and when we left never said a word to us and practically slammed the door in my mother's face while she went outside to water the plants at closing. She will be old some day and I hope people are just as rude and ignorant to her. Bitch!! You are not all that, your salon sucks and you should not charge the prices you do, this salon robs people. Just because you charge a lot of money does not mean you get great service!!
Love love love this salon! Always leave with exactly what I wanted with my cuts and color! Every lady iv seen is great will literally be going nowhere else from now on.
