Found this salon on Groupon. What a nightmare. This hair stylist over processed my hair I went in for partial highlights and she did full head I have dark brown hair and I only needed touch up. Which I do about once a year. This stylist left the bleach in my hair for over an hour, I have never had any stylist leave it in that long she did a full head and stripped my hair turning it blonde I asked her to put a toner she said I didn't need it. She turned my hair a grayish blonde, I never had very much gray at all. Now most of my hair has fallen out over the past 10 months. It falls out in globs daily. It's knots up so badly. I've been trying to cut as much of the highlights out but there's so much. I don't think my hair will ever be the same. I Do not recommend this hair stylist unless you want your hair to fall out.
My boyfriend and I both get our hair done here, and Shari the hair queen never disappoints! We always leave feeling pampered and refreshed, and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for our hair-care needs!
I wanted to wait a little bit before leaving a review - as I only go to salons where I believe the service is worth the cost & am VERY picky. All of San Diego, you'll see hair dressers upcharging because of how hard it is to do your hair at home (which I will if I have to); & it's truly disheartening that in a lot of places they could care less about the customer. I had a great time talking & getting to know Shari, she was genuine & absolutely great to work with. She knew what she was doing, although my hair color turned out redder than I'd liked it was still incredible! Shari does seem a bit aloof & unenthusiastic, but after getting to know her you understand she's a no fuss & get things done kind of woman who does not upcharge or upsell you in any kind of way. I definitely will be back because for the price it's worth it.

My hair has not looked this healthy in years. The first thing anyone says when seeing it is how much younger I look. Never thought that would be the result of a hair treatment.
