I got a great haircut from Olga. The place was upbeat and fun at 10am! I'll be back, for sure.
This is a place of professionalism & true artistry. The one thing I'm missing here and every salon now is no offer of water or coffee while you wait for your appointment or while your sitting for 45 min w hair color. The price of everything goes up while we are stripped of common courtesy's like a cup of coffee or water. EVERYTHING COUNTS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN 2hrs cost $190
Overall, this is a nice salon. With the exception of the stylists having little to no respect for the assistants. I have been here a few times, and on numerous occasions I have either overheard or witnessed one of the stylists verbally abusing the assistant. I felt terrible for her, as she was a sweet girl and gave an amazing shampoo. I will not be returning for that reason alone, that if the stylists can't respect those who are "below" their status, how do I know they don't respect me? The front desk lady, Debbie is always very welcoming and helpful. Chris is extremely friendly and kind. Diane's laughter is contagious and makes the place feel fun. Amanda does absolutely amazing hair and makeup. Sarah has amazing talent, yet she is not a kind person from what I have seen and heard. I have not been to Lisa, as she doesnt have much availability but from what I have seen, she does amazing work.
I had such a great experience at this place! Roseanne is so great at what she does and everyone made me feel so welcomed. Also very reasonably priced compared to other hair salons in the area. I highly recommend this place!
I travel across the county to get my hair cut at the salon. I've been doing this for approx 10 years. Worth the time!! Regardless if it's a cut, color, or treatment, I walk out happy every single time!
