I've been here several times.. all with great results! The staff is kind and styled my hair exactly the way I asked. Would highly recommend!

Had a terrible experience with getting my nails done. Came on time to my appointment but as I was walking in saw a missed call and voicemail from a few minutes prior saying my nail tech would be delayed. Ok, stayed positive. Had a super friendly girl start working on my nails but instead of using polish remover, took it off with a drill. Once she was finished the original person started to fill. Once she painted them again, sat with the fan on them for 10-15m and was told I was good to go. My nails NEVER dried. They were still tacky 6 hours later. Went to another salon the next day for a paint change. Now they looked gorgeous. But...day two, my thumb nail shattered off. Day three my other thumb chipped on both sides off the tip. And then a pointer finger separated from my natural nail. What a disaster. Will not come back for nail services. Super disappointed.

I would not recommend this place to Anyone if you want your hair when you leave their premises do not go there you do not get a receipt of the products and the job that they have done I paid $245 2 days ago and I was texted that my extensions were ready to be put in and when I come back in 2 days I owe a $160 I questioned that price because it was a little outrageous after I've just spent $240 going from blonde to Brown and they wrote back to me that yes you're correct I hit the wrong number button you only owe a 120 Dollars when you return Saturday I asked please for an itemized bill of all the services I have already paid for and will be paying for I got a photo screenshot of 3 scrap pieces of paper handwritten prices that made no sense which I am sending to the Better Business Bureau and also posting on Facebook And Twitter I just spoke to the owner about her stylist Robin who had texted me nonstop this morning regarding this situation and I use the word damn And was told I was cussing and being unprofessional I stated I did not know that word was unprofessional seeing one it is used in The Bible and it is used in a way that it was not being used as a cuss word but her employees can use the F bomb numerous times while you're there in laugh about it while they're bending over looking for something in the bottom cabinet with half of the rear end sticking out Where you can see their tattoos and they laugh about that but that's considered professional I was told I had to order new extechins which I did which was another $100 they already have over $250 worth of extensions that were just purchased a few months ago and Robin the stylist told me they were in horrendous shape when I brought them in and she spent And the whole day yesterday taking care of the end of all the texts I asked her to please stop texting me and now I am terrified of going to my appointment tomorrow at 1 o'clock because of how I've been treated and these text messages are they going to do my hair properly and put the extensions in properly You would think when you speak to the boss or owner as she says she is you would get somewhere but all I got was more money added to my bill for tomorrow I am going on what the text message says that you are correct I put in the wrong number you only owe a $120 when you return on Saturday If you do not want a headache and want to leave with your sanity and your hair properly done do not do not go to this salon I would give it a 0 or negative 0 if I had the option unfortunately all I had was an option to give a one star

It seemed like it was gonna go amazing when I walked in. And this isn't was it's about. The customer service was great. They weren't rude. It's what they did to my fucking bangs. I went home and sobbed my eyes out. I'm already insecure and now I feel fucking horrible. It's ruined. They are way to blunt. I look like will Byers from stranger things. I feel so ugly. I loved how my wispy bangs looked. Now they are horrable. Here's a before and after. Will not be coming back....

We called ahead one day for a same day appointment to cut my 4 year olds hair. Amber was able to accommodate us, and was GREAT with my son. No pressure, no baiting and no shaming. A year later, and my 2 year also sees her as well as my own cut and color! She fixed a too yellow dye job I had. She is personable and professional. We are so glad we started going here!
