Revel Salon in Suffern, NY

I hadn't cut my hair for a long time because my last few hair cuts were terrible. Well, I read the reviews for Revel and figured I would give it a shot. I went in with a photo of what I wanted and was very adamant and clear that I did not want a Bob cut. Guess what, I have the Bob. This is the second worst hair cut in my life, I am absolutely miserable with this cut. A big chunk out of the back and no layers. This is the opposite of what I asked for!! I wish they could fix this!

My wife was fuming after reading the review from "Anonymous A". First of all, why are you hiding? Second, there are no pedicures at Revel Salon. Third, my wife consistently raves about the manicures she gets there. I have to say, they do look great! Is this person a troll? Surely she has never even been to Revel Salon.

This is the only salon that I will let TOUCH my hair or fingernails! And I've been to top salons all over the world. Crazy to see the immense talent right there in Suffern! I've had devacurl cuts, regular cut/styles and coloring done by several of the staff. Each time I walk out with the desired outcome. Sometimes I get a little Pinterest crazy and the stylist uses their expertise to explain what they think would be best to achieve the best results for me. They never disappoint. My hair has never been more lush or stylish. No on to nails...Jean and her team practice only the highest hygiene standards. I came to them after years of having my nails butchered. Mow my nails are healthy, beautiful and sometimes even a topic of conversation! I'm so lucky to have found this salon after relocating from DC and then NYC. Thank you Revel! *PS they- don't offer pedicures, so you'll still have to find a spot for that, but otherwise...they've got you covered

I had a very positive and relaxing experience at Revel Salon. Everyone was friendly and polite. I scheduled my appointment on the phone. The dye, wash, and cut were great. Jackie took her time to hear what I was interested in and she did a fantastic job. There were others also getting their hair and/or nails done and light music was playing. The place was very clean and was run smoothly. I highly recommend Revel Salon and Jackie! I will definitely go back.

The shampoo assistant here is extremely rude and unprofessional. She speaks to some of the clients here like trash. And, the male that works there is just as bad. Crazy how certain individuals think it's respectable and professional to mistreat paying clients. If you don't like your job, quit.
