I am never coming back to this salon. The girl who cut my hair is very sweet and did an ok job, except it was longer on one side and very noticeable because it is short. I called and asked if she could work me in to fix it and they said I could only come in on one specific day that was many days away. I thought that was ridiculous for a salon to say that when they made a mistake that could be easily fixed with a snip! I went somewhere else and had it fixed because I didn't want to walk around lopsided for a week. However both my daughters had appointments two weeks later and because the stylist was nice, I kept their appointments thinking it isn't hard to mess up long hair. I called to see when the best time for two bang trims was a couple weeks later and the owner said she could only schedule one bang trim and that was it for the week. I was confused because I have never been to any salon that required a scheduled bang trim. They are complimentary and you walk in at the top of the hour before the next client- this is how every upscale salon I have been to operates. The owner was short and nasty to me and said she has been going to Aveda salons for 15 years and that is how they all do bang trims. La di da, I've been going to them for 25+ years and I have never been required to schedule one, much less that many weeks away! That's why they are complimentary also- it is upkeep and they grow quickly. You would have to schedule them every two weeks and that isn't logical for most people. It literally takes the amount of time for your butt to hit the seat and the stylist works you in between clients. I cannot believe how rude Selena is and good luck to you if you have a problem there because if the owner acts this way you will be walking away in frustration too .
After three months without a color and haircut, it was sheer heaven to be able to return for services. Ericka always does a fantastic cut and color. Everyone at the salon is very friendly and the decor is very soothing. The shop is doing an excellent job coping with needed restrictions and making everyone feel safe and comfortable.
