I went to Q Salon recommended by a friend. I called in the morning and made an appointment later in the day for a full set and a pedicure. Let me start with my manicure came out great...... BUT I got the WORST pedicure I've ever had. All of my nails were different shapes, not straight across, and he made me BLEED twice. He went to paint them and he just painted all over my toe (nail and the skin surrounding) and then used a brush with acetone to clean around. Let me tell ya that STUNG from the open wounds. It was also so globby and thick when he painted so he could not clean it up neatly and the paint looked lumpy. I sat with the polish on for a little bit while they finished up my manicure and then had them remove the polish so I could repaint them at home. I genuinely can't believe they thought that was acceptable. And they still charged me $80.
This place is cheap. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I came in for a fill and had a design in mind. They were able to accomplish this for me. Keep in mind, parking is pretty difficult here, so you may need to park across the street or down the road but for this price, it is definitely worth it.
Amazing Halloween Nails! My sister and I are regular customers at Q Nails Salon. Lily does our acrylics. Sometimes we know what we want, sometimes we don't or we take in a picture and she comes up with something great every time no matter what. We love our Halloween nails!!! Quality of shop has gone down. Walk ins not welcome despite it being advertised. This time I made an appointment and was asked to come back in an hour (after waiting 10 mins). Key to a successful business is time management and customer service. My last two experiences were 2 stars if that. Wont be returning.
They did a nice job on my hands for gel. Ann took her time to do a good job. Good selection too for colors.
