I had a great experience the first time I went to Profiles. But I think it must depend on who you get for your hairdresser (and how much time you have before the closing.) I asked for a short bob that is slightly longer in the front and layered in a way that the bottom doesn't poof up. So, what did I get? I got a bob that shorter in the front, crooked in places and the bottom poofs up. I should have known when the hairdresser spent less than 20 minutes on my hair. I even told the hairdresser that other people spend a lot more time after blow drying my hair to make sure that my hair settles well. This is NOT precision cutting. Not going back.
Profiles hair studio is amazing! Every time I go there I'm treated so well and I end up LOVING my hair. Bridget is my regular stylist and she's so talented. She understands exactly what I'm looking for and the results are always spot on. Thank you Bridget and Profiles Studio for making my hair dreams come true! Felt very safe and comfortable going there during COVID. Everyone wears a mask and they took my temp and gave me hand sanitizer as soon as I arrived. Quick and safe!
First Impression of the salon.... HIDDEN GEM. It is so warm and welcoming. My hair stylist was Bridget she made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everyone working there was so IN sync , It was just an overall good genuine atmosphere. What topped it off was Bridget did an amazing job on the silver hair I wanted to achieve. She nailed it! Also I could tell she was experienced in her craft based on the certificates and comfortability she showed behind the chair. Very clean, pricing was not bad, and they work with one of the top color lines in the biz GOLDWELL.
Highly recommend. All the stylist are professional, and will listen to all your needs and wants. I went in not knowing exactly what i wanted and i asked them for they're recommendation. They gave me the BEST cut and color i have ever had. I get so many compliments on my new style. I am very pleased with the work they do here. Very clean and friendly staff. Happy i finally found the salon for me
