Would give them zero stars. Husband took my daughter to get her long hair cut. She got home and I saw that one side was over an inch longer than the other--very crooked in the back. She also asked for face framing in the front and one side was over two inches shorter than the other. I drove back and asked for my money back. They refused to give me a refund. They offered to fix it because they admitted it was not cut straight but at that point I did not trust any of them to cut her hair. STAY AWAY.

I went in for a cut and color. I made an appointment with Kendall because I heard she did a great job with color. Well 6 hours later, the chocolate brown color with light brown highlights turned into red orange highlights. She attempted to "fix" it 3 times! I was so upset but couldn't stay in that place any longer. Then I found out that the original price of $130 was NOT what I was being charged. $200!! For hair color I did not ask for nor like. I went back the next day to ask for a refund from the manager, since she was not there the day previous. Martha told told me they "do not issue refunds" and "why am I upset? I think it looks great." I am appalled at the way this hair salon does business. The manager proceeded to tell me that the color is probably my fault because of whatever color i had there in the first place. There was no color in my hair, I hadn't had it colored in 6 years. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Didn't even get past the counter. Went in this morning with my 2 year old hoping to get him a haircut and the lady at the desk was definitely not welcoming... Me:Hi do you take walk-ins? Her: Yea but you have to wait someone's in front of you Me: ok that's fine ....... ..... Me: so I'd like to get him a haircut Her: (annoyed) what's his name? I told her and then she went back to doing whatever it was she was doing so I asked "10 minutes or so" Her: No it'll be longer than that I then walked the mall for about 30 mins and I came back and she looks at me and says "the lady in front of you hasn't even started" so at this point I'm just over the unwelcoming rudeness and ended up going to another barber shop I work in costumer service and I know once you make someone feel unwelcome don't expect their business again and word spreads like wild fire. You guys should consider a friendlier person at the door
