I love Presentations! Not only is Michelle attentive with your hair needs, she is a great person and surrounds herself with great clients. I wear my hair natural, my hair is 3c texture. When I go to Michelle, I get a press and a quick trim and it is always amazing. What I love about her press and go, is my curl pattern never changes, I do not have trouble washing and going right after my hair has been straight. Recently she cut my hair and added layers - the cut was perfect for my curly hair. She takes the time to do a deep conditioner and recommend products that she knows will really work.

Michelle is my ONLY stylist in San Diego. It isn't often that we come across stylists that can manage African-American hair (especially when it is initially damaged and needs repair). She has always taken very good care of my hair. She is very flexible with appointments (which works for me since my schedule is constantly changing). She has taken care of my hair at various lengths. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Hello Yelpers!!! I usually do not take the time to write yelp reviews but I had to write one about Presentations Hair & Nail Salon. Nobody comes close to the professionalism, service, and care that Michelle shows each time you sit in her chair. Michelle has a fun bubbly personality. Anything from washes, perms, color....can all be done at this studio. You ever get the feeling that weird feeling when you walk into a hair salon? Like you are the newbie? I have NEVER had that feeling at this studio. Anytime I have met another client of Michelle's, the person was always nice, courteous, and chuckling away. So...you are probably thinking...wow. Is this REAL. YES! I am a real customer/yelper! Michelle is always available with for any question you may have via a phone call or text message. There are plenty of times I have called her to make a decision about my next hair day-bu. Hahaha! She has always been happy to help. I think it is because Michelle is one of the few people who actually LOVES WHAT SHE DOES. People...please do yourself a favor. Let me rephrase that...do your hair and nails a favor. I have been going to Presentations for a while now and I had to write a review. Michelle, the owner, absolutely know hair! She is knowledgeable about hair health and she is pleasant. I like the ambiance of the studio and I love the lighting. It is very relaxing and also in great area! I am of mixed (black and hispanic) heritage, with very coarse hair. I get a relaxer when I go there. I also get my washes there. She uses top of the line products and the prices are reasonable. I will say you get what you pay for so I enjoy spending just a little bit more than average and having beautiful hair. I get compliments on my hair all the time. Any ladies looking for a great hair stylist that specializes in African American hair should call Michelle. She also has 2 other people in the shop that specialize in all types of hair.
