Had a great experience. Went in for a full treatment. Had a pedicure, which was great. The tech respected my ticklish spots and understood I didn't like my legs massaged. Took extra time to clean up my ugly toes. :) I have gel nails, my regular girl wasn't available. I was hesitant to try someone new. Wasn't disappointed at all. She did a great job. And I'm picky. Finished off with my eyebrows waxed. I'm headed to a wedding in a few days. They look fantastic. Very happy overall.
I made an appointment a few days earlier and requested a specific manicurist. All set. Today I go to my appointment, I'm asked to sit. A few minutes later, I'm told that my manicurist is off. That's it! No other accommodations were offered. instead she walked away to tend to another person leaving me speechless and more importantly not offering me an option of someone else taking care of me. I wasted my time driving there and will never go back!
I go to the West Jersey Avenue location and only go to Candy. She is thorough, timely, does amazing work and reaches out if there is a conflict. She allows me to pamper myself every couple of weeks, gets me right in and out! Beautiful studio too!
Give it a one star is being very generous! New salon in town so I figured I give it a try, looked nice! Well, I was so displeased! I went for a pedicure and manicure and they did a terrible job! My pedicure was suppose to get a hot stone and they didn't even give me the hot stone. The massage to the pedicure was subpar. I got a gel manicure and showed the technician exactly what I wanted, she did the opposite! I kept telling her that the nails are crooked and she said, "no their not it's your nail!". My nails aren't crooked, lady! She didn't soak my nails and get my cuticles. I had to ask for a hand massage. The technicians were VERY rude and unprofessional! They didn't have manners, they weren't nice and figure if they have crappy technicians the least they could do is be nice, it is the Christmas season! They're also priced very high!! Don't waste your time, money and energy going there!
Terrible customer service. I made an appointment and waited an hour with them to keep telling me just a few more minutes. Than blamed it on me that I didn't sign in, when as soon as I walked in the front lady asked for my name. I ended leaving after waiting an hour. Such a waste of time and rude employees.
