The best spa ! Welcoming & professional. Manicures & pedicures are awesome... very relaxing! Beautiful spa... fantastic staff! Highly recommend!!

We came to the PINEAPPLE DAY SPA for a bachelorette party of 15 for a mani, pedi and a 20 minute facial, body treatment OR massage! All 15 of us paid $80 a piece totally $1200... We get here and now they are saying we only paid for a 20 minute service! With proof of the services that were to be offered in an email from Priscilla that states a 20 mintue service with a mani/pedi!! CLEARLY YOU CAN SEE IN THE EMAIL BELOW!! They refused to accommodate the mani and pedi! Stating it would be $50 for a pedi and $30 for mani! Then they stated they will refund all but the 4 that received a 20 minute service but the funds won't be available until Wednesday! What a joke! You destroyed the brides day! Horrible business etiquette!!!!

yesterday my bridal party had reservations with a special group package of a mani pedi that was already included in the package followed by each of us choosing from a 15 minute body treatment , massage , or facial. once we got there without telling us I go for my body treatment that didn't even last 15 minutes thinking as the bride I'm getting this robe to now go do my feet and nails. for my sister Inlaw to come tell me that the owner was Not allowing us to do the mani and pedi and that it will costs us more money. as I showed proof of what Pricilla included in a 1200 package deal the Owner rudely did Not care at all. they where rude and treated us so purely on my bachelorette party I cried so much because they had no consideration for me and my ladies . also we where suppose to get food drinks and patio and they denied all the services . 40 years of business and they claimed they Did not know how to refund us our money but didn't want to refund the services provided for the 4 who did get them all though the deal was with a mani pedi and felt they deserved that money in which they did not . not once did they say anything to us before services happened or we would have went else where . pore management they laughed as I cried and didn't want to help or reimburse us !!

I see Dawn for my deep tissue massages and she's great. She makes me feel at home and she does a great job. She's knowledgeable and kind and allows you to truly get into that state of relaxation your body deeply needs. She's the best. Im looking forward to seeing her again in a few weeks.

Unfortunately a first time highlight turned out very bad. Highlights were done last week for the exorbitant price of $140 and look this. Will never go again. Do not recommend. A child could have done better.
