Vinny is absolutely fabulous! Hilarious and sweet guy and did a great job fixing my hair after recieving a bad haircut from a different salon. Done so well, will be back!

I have been getting my hair cut, trimmed etc by Donna since I was a little girl. Now 30years old and at nusalon . I have enjoyed coming here, it was overpriced at $30 a haircut (never blow dry) but I paid that to stay with Donna. I understand the pandemic but the principle is that they didn't tell me or any other customer that they were no longer offering the $30 haircut, you must get your hair blow dried or they will still charge you the $50 for it. To make matters worst, they aren't even allowed to blow dry at the moment and they are still charging people that. I understand businesses are hurting but a $50 haircut that consisted of a few inches off seems gouging Update: since reading the owners response to my honest review I have decided to lower my star rating. Very unprofessional, name calls and accused me of stealing when her employee was the one who was charging me the $30 price for 6 years and I had no idea this wasn't even the price. But yes a price increase from 30 to 55 is gouging, almost a 100 percent increase. My mother had an appointment before me and during her appointment Donna whispered in her ear about the price increase. what is the secret though??!!! My mom asked if she told me and she said no and that's why my mother paid because she knew I would be upset by this, but it's the point that it was never mentioned and that if it was Atleast I'd have the opportunity to search out other salons. The review was merely to warn people of the price increase but now to warn people about the business owner.

Ok so I've wanted to write a review for quite some time about my experience, I walked in with a picture of what I wanted and asked , I want someone that could do this for me, one of the stylists looked at the picture and referred me to another stylist . As the stylist worked with me , as you notice I will not mention any names, told me stories and we laughed throughout i was really enjoying our conversation.. but then I noticed they were talking crap about people that were getting their hair done as well as some of the other stylists which I didn't like .. fast forward, my hair is colored and cut and we're all done ... the color was nice , the cut was nothing like the picture AT ALL!!!And as I'm getting ready to get up and leave, the attitude completely changed , was not the nice person as they were while doing my hair ...and as i went back to hand them my tip and asked a question about the color and when i should come back to retouch , they were very cold , it was the weirdest thing , and for that I will not be going back .

Got a mani and pedi with Andrea. Andrea did a great job. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Recommend this salon

My sister needed her pedicure for an interview and the salon was closed that day but the owner went in just for her, it was very sweet of her and she did a great job!
