Amazing service from Danielle and her team. Her professionalism dealing with C19 is not only impressive but CDC guideline approved. Temperature check was done before entry. Hand sanitizing stations were placed and used. Their masks never came off and is required for patrons. The setup for entering the building safely was efficiently done. However, that was just the beginning! Hair wash station to the chair was private. No other patrons in the salon, every appointment is specifically done for C19 safety. The chair experience for a young child was unbelievably smooth. I felt extremely safe with my child. Danielle engaged in easy flowed conversation. She was extremely sweet and kind. Incredible service. I was worried that I would feel rushed to clear out space for the next patron. That was totally not the case! She made us feel at ease and special despite the unfortunate pandemic life challenges. To conclude, her service was outstanding, the haircut was beyond perfect, and the CDC safety standards were above expectations.

Just had a Brazilian blowout 2 weeks ago my hairs feels like silk service was outstanding will definitely return. I recommend this place Carie took good care of me and my hair looks healthy and beautiful keep up the good work.I wish I could give more than 5 stars.Thank you girls.

I've been here twice, most recently this week. It's easy to make an appointment using the online system and they send reminders via text/email. The two stylists I've had were friendly and gave a great cut. I had a facial for the first time this time, and it was a lovely, relaxing experience(hand and neck massage as well) that made my dry skin feel much better. Price is very reasonable: I was there 2 hours, had wash, cut and conditioning treatment and facial and it was $88 without tip. Only possible suggestion I have is maybe have a front desk person or increase staffing, as both stylists there were busy and my haircut did get interrupted several times for phone, walk ins, and atm machine stuff. She was apologetic and ultimately I wasn't in a hurry, but other people might get annoyed by this. The facial was in a separate dark room and was not interrupted. It is nice they got an atm machine...tips are cash only and last time I was there I had to walk to an atm and come back.

Danielle is amazing at her craft. She is hands down the most talented hair stylist in the Capital Region. This beauty studio is a hidden gem, so much to offer. The girls make you feel like home, and all of them have so much to offer.
