I called for an appointment and since she was with a client at that moment she asked if she could send me a link so I could book my appointment online. It was super easy to book my gel manicure but I was having trouble with choosing my pedicure so I called (again!) and she was very kind and offered me some suggestions so I could decide. When I arrived at her shop I found an immaculate and well decorated space. Giouvanna made me feel welcome and had me walk for her so she could assess my feet (so many issues!). She then got me settled in the pedi chair to soak (heaven! .... very comfortable) put some music on and started. Giouvanna asked a lot of questions about my overall health, particular problems I had with my feet and legs and offered some excellent advice (much appreciated!) My gel mani was next and equally relaxing. I had powder dip on my nails from another salon (never again!) which she was able to remove without ruining my natural nails (so grateful!) and we went back to normal gel polish. Cuticle care was amazing and polish looks great! Looking forward to my next visit and think I've found a hidden gem!!

Let me begin by telling you i have rarely stepped foot into a nail salon. I find 95% of them to be unsanitary with cleaning practices and hospitality to client. Many use the cheapest and unsafe products to save a buck. I've know people who have gotten nail or fungal infections from dirty nail salons. Safe to say I have major trust issues with NY area nail salons. I did my own mani and pedi for 17 years! I was glad when my friend referred me to Gigi. The first time I had an appointment I was impressed. She had an actual dust machine that prevented all the acrylic dust from flying into the air (SAFETY FIRST). Her demeanor was extremely professional and pleasant. I love the fact that she always practices very sanitary methods and is punctual about keeping clients on time. I always get numerous compliments about my nails from strangers after each manicure. I never have the same look when it comes to my nails and I'm very adventurous when it comes to trying new styles. Gigi is able to give me the latest trends and looks without any hesitations. Her creativity, continuous education in cosmetology and superb client hospitality are amazing. Also her prices are affordable and the salon is exquisite. I don't trust anyone with my nails. I've had nails stay on for 6 weeks because she is great at applying the product to my nails. I always get asked by people who did my nails; I've referred many of my sisters and friends to her. I'm so happy that I found her. She really is the best nail technician!

Finding Gigi was the best thing that could have ever happened to my nails. She's the only nail technician I'll ever let touch my nails. Everytime I come to her with an idea or I let her do anything she'd like she genuinely makes my nails beautiful. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone

Came here from Cali, she was able to get me in next day and was amazing ! The only nail person I've given a nail design request who was able to deliver EXACTLY what I wanted without settling for less I wish she was in Cali so my nails could always look this good!
