Nary's Beauty Salon in San Diego, CA

Nary has been doing my brother Matt's hair for a long time and after he highly recommended her I had to stop by! She did an incredible job and her attention to detail and experience in cutting hair is amazing! So stop searching for hair salons and book an appointment with Nary today!

I've been going to Nary for 3 Years now. Never have I walked out of her salon not impressed. All you have to do is tell her what haircut you would like. She takes her time with all haircuts unlike these other spots like Supercuts or Asstercuts. Great treatment and prices of course! Go here and you won't be disappointed!

I Moved to the area about 6 months ago and I was looking for a new hairdresser that's when I found Nary's within walking distance. I showed up as a walk in w/ no appointment . Nary greeted me instantly and told me it she would be 10 mins . The salon is a little unorthodox, but she gives a great high end haircut at a great price . I've come back twice for my routine hair cuts.. not only for the cut, but for the great conversation . Nary is a very sweet lady and as along as you don't mind her children making a little bit of noise while they study there; then I highly recommend her .

From the dawn of time I have been changing my hairstyle trying to find the perfect cut. Once I had my kids I figured the Kris Jenner was the way to go. I've been trying to grow out my hair for a couple years now but could never get that right "in-between" haircut and either end up with the perma-ponytial or chopping it off again. Just recently Nary cut my hair with the perfect inverted angled medium lenght bob. I have never gotten so may compliments on a haircut! Be prepared though, her shop is a bit cluttered and unorthodax. Her schedule is a but hit and miss. Call first and be prepared for a bit of a wait... She is super nice and very family oriented so her kids will probably be in the shop. So if you are in a hurry or don't like kids this might not be a place for you. But if you have patience and want a fantastic haircut Nary's is the place to go! Oh did I mention a salon quality haircut is less than $20??

Let me first say that Nary does a wonderful job at cutting hair, BUT - her shop is very messy/dirty, she doesn't start appointments on time, and she is always stopping mid hair cut to do SOMETHING, answer the phone, get something from her car, chat with the cable man... Her lack of professionalism and the dirtiness and messiness of the shop keep this place from getting a 5. Honestly, if she wasn't so good at cutting hair I'd give this place just one lonely star.
