Nails to Perfection in Howell Township, NJ

I've been going here for years & my daughter too. Never had a problem until a few months ago. Please know I am not one to complain & write reviews. The last gel fill manicure done by Sonny was rushed so fast that by the next day the sides of my nails were already separating. I decided not to go back anymore even after all the years. My daughter went in today & Sonny took her polish off, put on UV gel & left her sitting while he did a whole new manicure with another client. My daughter asked Sonny why is he making her wait with the gel on while he was working on the other client. Sonny said to my daughter "you don't work you can wait"! How dare he say that. My daughter is disabled. He has no right to discriminate and speak that way, very unprofessional and rude for a pretty horrid job he did on her manicure. Bond Nail Salon should be ashamed with themselves.

I used to go here often for about a year, and Usually had no problem. Although a year ago when I was last here I noticed that one of the workers, Andy is only nice when your a new customer but when you come back he isn't friendly and is quite rude. At least be friendly to all your customers. Also another male tech was absolutely rude to all his customers ! He was cursing and screaming at me and made my nails look like nubs! Worst nail salon I've ever been to.

Ok my cousin went to this salon and I loved her nails. My cousin told me to go to Cathy, so I made a appointment for Cathy not knowing what she looked like and I went in to get my nails done. At the end of the appointment I realized I didn't get Cathy,I got Jessica. The girl was nice, but I didn't ask for her. I was disappointed with my nails, there lumpy,glue was left around the cuticle, and there all not the same shape. I would love to go back cause the salon was clean and they were all very nice. But I'm afraid I'll ask for Cathy and get another worker. What is the point of making an appointment with someone if I'm not getting who I asked for?

Went for microblading 2 years back because of a Groupon. My experience was okay. It was definitely painful but that's just microblading. I liked my eyebrows but did not love them. They were a little thicker than I please and faded rather quickly and spotty looking causing me to have to still draw them in everyday. I was told a touch up would be $100. A year later I went back and was charged $150. I had no proof I was told $100 so I didn't argue. Same thing, faded and looked spotty again, I texted the lady to ask about it and she told me I just had to wait for them to fully heal. Today, 8 months since I've been there for the first touch up, I get a text from the lady telling me I am due for a touch-up. She tells me it's now $250 because of "new technology" I did not even pay that much for the initial! Definitely will not be going back. All they care about is the money.

As much as I used to love this place, the quality went downhill. It's more now about getting people in the door. When you have an appointment you are waiting because walk-ins are accommodated before you because they know the "regulars" will wait. And when it's finally your turn they rush through your nails and don't give you want you want. I didn't get what I wanted so I had them fix it. And the attitude i was given was rude. I think the owner should really measure his growth over quality. Take less customers, take your time with the ones who are loyal to you, and stop trying to pack 4 people in one appointment slot for one person
