My wife went here today for the second time, the 1st time she went the owner was very unprofessional and rude. She went back a second time only because her nails stayed well. Yet again the owner kimee, was extremely unprofessional and very loud and rude. My wife simply asked for a different reshape for next visit and then kimee went ballistic, yelling at my wife and totally unprofessional and rude and obnoxious. My is never going back here and I am reporting them to the better business bureau!
They are awful. Slow in providing nail services. Poor customer service. I was late for my nail appointment. I explained to the nail tech that I was late because my car failed to start and I walked 2 miles to get to the nail salon. The nail tech said she couldn't do it mind you there were two other nail techs with empty seats. I understand that I was late but I was willing to wait and she could do my nails between appts. She would not budge. Even the customers in the salon looked appalled. I walked back home. Now I am safe and sound. I will be ok and get my nail services completed at another establishment. Just baffled by the lack of flexibility and customer service. Oh well,life is goes on. Their lack of flexibility and customer service will eventually affect their business. Karma.

I came here for UV gel tips, which cost $75. That price is slightly high considering this is a "hole in the wall" in a rural strip mall.
The technician had to stop constantly and readjust my hand, which I've never experienced in the decade or so that I've been getting manicures. She also rolled her eyes at me several times, seemed annoyed with my hand position, and this made the service take over 90 minutes.
