Nail Bar in River Vale, NJ

I went in for a pedicure and was treated like a princess. Young, listened to my needs and gave a wonderful pedicure. The massage was long and relaxing. The salon is set back from the road - next to Cuban Eddie's. The inside is bright and decorated nicely. Pedicures start at $32 and go up depending on what you like. I asked for a lip wax and 10 minute hand/ arm massage- and was happy with both. The rest of the staff is warm and friendly. Give them a try the next time you want a service. Everyone needs a little TLC;)

I gave them a second chance after going recently. I paid over $200 for two gel manicures and two pedicures!!Ridiculous!!! The woman doing my pedicure said my legs were a little dry and I needed some cream and asked if I wanted it and a little extra massage I said sure. That cost me double the pedicure for both me and my daughter. The manicure and pedicure were just OK, nothing special. Last time I was there, even with a gel manicure my nails chipped a week later. I am not going back again. Not worth the $$!!

This nail salon is literally awful. If you are looking for somewhere new to go, or even need to go somewhere quick because your typical salon is busy, this is not the place. I went here for a gel fill-in and the women told me they knew what I was talking about, but clearly didn't. They used a buffer to get the polish off of my nails, which is normal, but in the process, buffed off all of my fingertips and cuticles. Three of my fingers were literally bleeding when I left the salon. The woman was also working on my nails for over an hour. I told her that she didn't need to paint them and to just finish up as soon as possible, and they still charged me full price. They charge $50 for a fill-in and then $15 to polish your nails after they've been filled it. This is atrocious. The nail salon that I usually go to only charges $40. The salon was empty and there's clearly a reason. I'm never going back.

If I could get ero rating I would! Nasty nasty bitch when she found out I had a Groupon. All of a sudden the attitude changed. Never going back there again!!

I used to love coming here. But lately they are really mismanaging time. If I make an appointment I expect to not sit there for almost an hour- while they try to juggle taking walk ins at the wrong time. 3 people left early without finishing their nails because they were waiting too long. Prices slowly started going up. And quality slumping. I'll be going back to my old salon - worth the longer drive to not have to sit around.
