I love this salon and my hairdresser Dom! He has helped me to look and more importantly, feel younger! I have a new edgy cut and color. I've received many compliments since I've started seeing him! I highly recommend him. On top of it, he couldn't be sweeter!
Sad to be writing this because the hairdresser was very sweet and fun, but I feel it's necessary to speak up about it. I came in with my hair like the first picture but when I left it was super damaged as show in the second photo. Straight bleach was left on my hair for a ridiculous amount of time. I believe I was at the salon for 4 hours. While I was there my hair was also cut so what's shown is only what was left of the damage when I went home that night. I then ended up having to cut off my hair to chin length and then still have remaining fried hair left months later. They were very nice and I had a good time while I was there for hours but the extreme damage to my hair after keeping it super healthy for so long was not worth it. :(
I just went there for the first time today for a haircut. It's always nerve-wracking to see a new stylist, but I was so happy with the experience! I have very curly hair which was in really rough shape when I walked in. I saw Mag and she did a conditioning treatment and then an awesome haircut! She immediately put me at ease and had a confident vision for what to do with my hair, which she executed flawlessly. Don't be fooled by the strip-mall Elmwood location. This is an AWESOME shop and they do fantastic work. Without a doubt Mag is my new go-to!
