Professional and well worth the wait. I got my locks re-twisted and they repaired some of my locks up front. I recommend them and I will definitely be back and again.

I had such a good experience. They all knew how to have fun but to get work done at the same time. It was my first time getting extensions so they were super understanding about my pain tolerance with the braiding part. I enjoyed the whole time. They're honestly really nice people anyone who doesn't enjoy the music or like the fact they have fun together doesn't have a good sense of humor ‍

Terrible customer service ! You walk in and say hello and no one will answer. I waited for a good 10 minutes before I was finally noticed . The owner seems to have a terrible attitude problem , I don't know why because her work is terrible . The music is way to loud and it's filthy . First and last time going . No thanks

I hate to do this..i really do. But i feel like it's necessary in order for businesses to do better and grow. Professionalism and timeliness is so VITAL to maintain clients. I waited just over 2 hours...2 whole hours. I had an appt. I arrived ON TIME, and yet i waited 2 hours! I was able to watch a whole full length movie on their projector screen while waiting. I was in disbelief that a business would be so disrespectful to their NEW client. I actually ended up leaving. I couldn't take it anymore.
The owner MUST make some changes if she wants to retain clients. I also noticed some MAJOR haircare no no's that would make me never come back. It hurts my heart to write this because i believe in small businesses. However, even small businesses are expected to be timely and accomodating to their clients. This has been a very unfortunate experience!!

Where do I start? Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! It's one thing if the employees of the business aren't up to par, but it speaks volumes when the owner herself is completely unprofessional.

I called the same day and made an appointment for a cut. I arrived a few minutes early (as always). When I walked in, I noticed how music was BLASTING and how dark the salon was. The receptionist barely paid attention to me and I had to ask her for Mizzara. She pointed and said "she's right there." I said "Hi, you're supposed to do a bob cut for me at 3:30." She goes "okay." and continued to ignore me and finish her Popeyes  YES, Popeyes! I sat for a few more moments, and I was still unattended to and sitting in filth. I ended up walking out and going to another salon.

Long story short, do you research before going to this place! There's thousands of salons in CT that will get the job done quick, affordable, and professionally but this is NOT the place. I'm glad I avoided in completely.
