I went to Meg (Meghan) to wash and blow my hair out. She was amazing and beautifully styled my hair with just a brush and made flippy bouncy curls without using a curling utensil . This was just the way I like it. She is very talented and does outstanding work.
I got a living social voucher for a deep conditioning treatment and wash/hair cut / blow out. The second I walked through the door, I was told to sit at the sink area. I've never been to this salon, so when I said "sink area?" Mmm yeah, hair cut and wash" I was nicer given a towel for my neck at the sink. No consultation was done, I told her I'm just looking for a trim. The haircut and blowout took almost 10 minutes. Very bad cut and th ed blowout I had had damp areas and curls sticking out. I definetly do not recommend.
I got the Groupon. Made an appointment and it turns out I know the stylist from high school, like 40 million years ago. I showed her the color I wanted and explained that I am very simple with hair style, basically just need a deep trim. She got the color together and put it in my hair. As my hair was soaking up the dye, she worked on another client, cutting and blow drying her hair. Fast forward to the end, because the middle is boring stuff. My hair is cut and dried, and it looked soooooo good. I couldn't stop saying, "Lisa!! It looks so good! You got the color exact. Look at the picture. It looks just like it!!!" The only suggestion I'd make is the sinks are up too high. I'm short and had to hold myself up keep my head over the sink. They should be lowered so we can rest our necks in the dip part. Besides that, absolutely awesome cut and color. Thank you, Lisa.
