Recently moved here and as anyone knows with moving, finding a great hair dresser is one of the priorities! Knowing no one in the area, I turned to yelp and their reviews. Joyce was terrific! Only wanted to be trimmed up, not scalped, as sometimes is the case with hair dressers. You say you want little taken off and they end up taking way more! Not the case with Joyce. She has a great personality and there's a calmness about her. She makes you feel comfortable.
I LOVE my stylist, Joyce, the salon and the owner, Maria!! Everyone there makes you feel so welcome, like you're family! Joyce is OUTSTANDING with highlights, always does a perfect job and my blonde is absolutely gorgeous! Extremely friendly and helpful staff and I will be a forever client! Thank you so much, Joyce for your excellent, top of the line work and thanks to Maria who is so sweet!
I use to get my hair cut here, Maria's Salon and Spa, manyyyy years ago when it had a different name. I was looking for a salon that is reliable & economical as well. A family member recommend this place,Maria's Salon and Spa. She gets her hair done there, is satisfied, even recommended a stylist. So I gave it a try. No appointment was necessary. I only waited a few minutes. The stylist was very pleasant, well trained, and went straight to work. It didn't take to long [hair cut] to be finished. She did an excellent CORRECTIVE cut. I'm more than pleased! I'm totally satified!!! I will be returning here to Maria's Salon and Spa in the future & I will be recommending to family & friends!!!
This is the BEST salon. Everyone from the receptionist to the stylists are welcoming and make you feel like family. My stylist, Maria, always goes out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction. Not only does this salon create amazing color and cuts, they also take care of the HEALTH of your hair. They are true professionals. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality experience.
I've been coming here for years to get my haircut and am always pleased with the outcome. I've used two different hair dressers and they both cut my hair as I asked and would ask questions when they needed any clarification. I love that both my hair dresser(s) and the receptionist remember me every time I'm there, because now that I'm out of town, I go a little less often and it's nice to be welcomed back.
