I really thought this spa was upscale and considered for the clients. I went in to have a hard gel refill and left at 7pm yesterday. By the time I got home, one of my finger hard gel chipped. I called this morning to have it repaired and they told me " they can't guarantee it won't chip without a full new set of hard gel" WHAT??? I just left less than 15 hours and now your asking me to pay? So unprofessional. I just paid $55 plus tip and now they to charge me $10, not to mention, my time to drive back to the spa. This is so greedy. If my nail polish chipped and I was there the evening before, as a curesty and good business practice, it should be repaired free of charge. So BEWARE!!! Not to mention, nothing was eveb done to keep my business... just dismissed. HORRIBLE!
I've been going to this nail salon for over a decade and I've never had a bad experience. They have so many colors to choose from and always do a great job on my nails.
This is an excellent nail salon. They run a fair & clean business. Staff and owners are kind and considerate of their clients. Beautiful service with a smile. Please don't mistake them for the other Luxi Nails across from ShopRite- next to Panera- that place is awful service and terrible management. I would return to this Luxi Nails every single time!
They do a wonderful job. Hera was amazing and meticulous with my nails. She made sure they came out exactly like I asked. They even do a nice little massage which was an added bonus. Clean and good service.
Been going to this salon for over 10 years. love it there. Always make me feel comfortable and the pedicure is perfect. Very professional there and clean. They finish with a small back massage while your toes are drying.
