My poor review is not a reflection upon Gianna's work. My hair looks great! My issue is after I had my hair blown out, I was told that I need to pay an extra $10 due to having long hair that is CRAZY!!! I have never been charged for having long hair before and my hair was the same length at my other aippointments. I wouldn't have made the appointment if I knew I was going to pay $55 for a blowout. I will save $13 plus my gas by going to a different local blowout salon. Thanks but no thanks!!
Two days before a big event I realized I have no idea how to do my own hair, so I set up an appointment online for the first available stylist - got assigned to Lauren who was WONDERFUL! Very sweet, easy going, and did a beautiful job. She made sure to have me check it out before I left and was happy with it - it needed nothing adjusted - and I got so many compliments on my hair! She was even sweet enough to put static protector in my hair because she knew I had to change outfits. Definitely will be going again and asking for Lauren!!

My go to to get my hair/ make up done.. I always get exactly what I want in a blow out whether it's waves, curls, or just some volume added...Jen did my make up for my uncles wedding in August and was looking at pictures of my dress for the best colors to use..when I was getting curls for the wedding I told my hair stylist that my hair doesn't curl well so she did a pin set for me that I could take out myself very easily at home so the curls would sit longer and hold better- they stayed perfect the whole night! couldn't recommend it enough I am OBSESSED
Always leave with my hair beautiful. The wash is always my favorite part. The stylist always takes theirtime and gets my whole scalp clean. Feels amazing! Love that they are open on Sundays. I can get my blow out and it lasts me the whole work week!
