I've had some difficulty finding a stylist that could handle my hair. A lot of it had fallen out due to illness (though it has started to grow out) plus over time the Keratin treatment was no longer effective, so it was clearly a challenge. Well, the third time was a charm! I took a chance and found a salon online. I had never heard of it. But I can now say with complete sincerely that they are awesome. I put myself in Samantha's hands and she did a fabulous job . She cut, colored and smoothed my hair using a product called Qi Qi. She was patient, knowledgable, friendly and I am thrilled with the results and that I found her and LOKA Studio. I highly recommend that you give them a try!

Salon opened a few months ago and the service is fantastic! I love the ambiance and the quality of the hair products. The stylist Samantha is very experienced and provided professional advice on color options for my hair.  I really appreciated the time she took to inquire about my expectations. My hair was damaged from over processing and she recommended preserving my hair using less chemicals to achieve an optimal look. Her expertise is evident given my satisfaction from the results.

Definitely recommend coming to this salon if you are looking for a stylist that cares about your hair.

Karen has been doing my hair for over 15 years.  She has hands of gold.  Her touch with my curly hair is masterful. She's a magician with color as well.  She loves her work and the results tell the story. Her care, patience, skill and demeanor are unsurpassed.  Karen's new beauty studio is fabulous and cutting edge- just like Karen!

This is long overdue but I wish I could give Karen 10 stars. I first came across Karen when she worked at a different salon, over 10 years ago. After being frustrated with what I thought was my naturally frizzy and tough-to-manage hair, all it took was one haircut from Karen. She gave me the most perfect cut and layers, turning my hair into smooth, flowing waves that perfectly framed my face. True magician. Since that first haircut, I have refused to trust anyone else with my hair and even after living out of state for 10 years, I still, only get haircuts, styling, and color from Karen when I visit family in the area. Not only is she extremely talented, but she is also such a wonderful, punctual, and kind person. When I recently got married, Karen and Sam from LOKA traveled out of state to do my hair and makeup and achieved a flawless look that didn't budge after hours of dancing and running around. Karen also patiently worked with me for three trials to try drastically different looks until I found the right one. Karen, Sam, and the team are all incredible and I would follow them to any location!

First off LOKA hair studio AWESOME!! I have only been seeing Karen since January (previous high end salon turned my hair pink, pretty but not interview appropriate). I called Pegave to fix (lost my longtime stylist:(  ). I have been getting blonde highlights and red chunk contrast w/ my natural dull brown/dark hair) for awhile now. Old stylist could do it w/o turning my pink. Thank goodness I found Karen! She is wonderful-fixed the problem - I will follow her were ever she goes! Which I followed her to her new salon LOKA. Karen and her other stylist Sam are great - you won't be disappointed.
