Never even got an appointment. I called to have box braids done. The receptionist was friendly. That's why they even get one star. I asked if they provided hair, and was told the stylst only used human hair. I asked where do they recommend I go to purchase the hair and the receptionist took my name and number for the stylist to call me back. Crickets....... Never received a call back. I tried to support this local business, but I guess they didn't want my business.

Great business, low prices, the hair dressers are skilled and knowledgeable.

and got dragged away by another employee once I asked if he worked there I guess she dragged him away so either her wouldn't help me or to talk about me idk behind the wall about the situation. the girl I initially began the convo with walked off to the bathroom (again. unprofessional. why start a convo that wasn't finished) I felt very disrespected at this point. and just got my things and walked out. the whole salon giggling and siding with her as I walked out . not one person in that salon had the nerve to say to there bco worker hey ya know what maybe you should just do what u gotta do for her and just leave nothing more nothing less. or even someone saying hey let me take over I don't wanna lose another customer. I know this is a long dragged review but I needed everything in detail. horrible business. I should have took all the previous negative reviews in consideration. I will never ever be returning here again. I left in tears. that's how bad it was. horrible customer service. guess I got what I paid for.

This is why so many, let's say... "hair braiding" businesses fail. Made appointment a week in advance, arrived 15 minutes early, (no greeting to be had) but Shana was nowhere to be found. Was told to have a seat. Being that I'm 8 months pregnant, went to the bathroom, upon returning, overheard other beauty technicians saying that Shana actually was not there. Instead of telling me directly, they chose to look the other way - literally - no eye contact. There was a loud "Is somebody missing? Shana? Is she missing?" but no one even addressed me directly. Unprofessional would be a compliment - in fact it would be an insult to unprofessional people to use the same term! They have no manners, consideration for people's time, comfort, or feelings, or even the basic tenets of doing business! I will not return here in this life or, if reincarnated as a being with hair, any other lifetime. Why oh why can I not give ZERO stars?
