Appointment took too long, and was a waste of time. The receptionist is rude, snotty, and was on her phone the entire time! She tried to hurry and put her phone away and change her computer screen when the doctor came to the front. not slick... She was distracted and continued to get my information incorrect. The doctor, who seemed a bit full of herself, was concerned about her schedule rather than coming up with a solution for me, and decided to order random tests instead. Back to the receptionist. Extremely short, and rude! So unprofessional. this practice will not last long with staff like her. She was going on and on about her personal problems. Normally I wouldn't mind, but in a professional office setting, where I am the focus, it was very poor taste. I am not returning. Again, unacceptably rude, and unprofessional.
Dr. Mulligan and the use of needles - let's just say this: SHE ROCKS. (She was gentle and it was but a small prick) Oh, and her knowledge of the face - let's just say this: SHE IS A SUPERSTAR (none of this we will just jab some here or there, she explained how much on each side, where, and what she wanted for an outcome would be... And it wasn't the same on each side - doh!!) and lastly, her honesty and willingness to *not* just be product driven (aka - she doesn't seem to just want to sell, but wants her patients to have the best results) - let's just say this: SHE IS MY HERO
