I have been coming here for several years, satisfactorly. HOWEVER, yesterday,I had an appointment with a stylist who could not be there. In her stead, the 3rd owner fulfilled the slot. I brought in a picture of a long shag with longer sides. Always in the past, the stylist, with her comb, showed me where the first cut would be BEFORE snipping. NOT this one. She immediately cut to the core of the hairline in the back shocking me. My hand flew back there, but it was too late. Both sides aren't even - about 1/2 inch of a noticeable difference on both ends. She, of course, never even measured. SHE BUTCHERED my head. Then she took out the razor to ......, but I wouldn't let her. When I complained and was ready to cry, she insisted it looked just like the picture - NOT. She knew she had messed up because she said to forget the tip. I can't stretch the hair and have a family milestone celebration next week (which I told her first thing before). Now I have to buy a wig, a costly endeavor, which is an expense not budgeted for. I won't leave the house looking like this unless I keep a head covering on. Upsetting and depressed cannot even begin to describe my feelings. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this shop to anyone. There is no rating poor enough to give.

They made me bald when I told them I wanted just a little tiny bit off the top now I'm having to wear a hat to cover up their mistake of making me almost bald very bad DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL please find somewhere else
Clean facility with a professional and friendly staff that does a good job at a fair price. Good for children and adults.
Terrible haircuts constantly. I'm not one to complain about a basic men's haircut and I have given this place many chances, but the haircuts are not good at all. Marlene is ok but that's it.
