My overall experience was exceptional. Jessy colored and cut my hair beautifully. She took her time and worked magic on my desperate in need of a change , hair! The establishment was clean, staff was friendly, and I would definitely recommend La Petite Salon to a friend or family member.
This is perhaps the 4th or 5th visit to see Lia. I LOVE her! It took a bit to get to know her and her style. She's great! She listens to your concerns and she fights you if you want to cut your hair, like I did. I like that! I don't want a yes me to death person. I want the honest truth. So I cut about 6 inches and colored my grey and did highlights. It looks amazing and feels amazing. The girls there like Gigi her sister, make you feel as comfy as possible with a cup of capuccino if you like. The place always looks immaculate! It smells good too with her air diffuser. Definitely making Carmel classy. It's expensive but, you pay what you get for.
I am up visiting the area from Virginia. I used to live around here but moved a few years ago. I always try to get my hair done when I visit NY because I don't trust many stylists where I live. Today I visited La Petite and I truly enjoyed the experience. I called first thing in the morning to see if there was any openings for a cut and color. They were able to schedule me before noon. I walked in and Elaine greeted me by name. Such a nice gesture. She did my consult and she listened to my concerns and gave great suggestions. Elaine was sweet, efficient and professional. My hair looks fantastic! I really felt like a million bucks walking out. The salon atmosphere was really nice too. The other stylist who I believe is the owner was very personable as well and I loved that she seemed to know everyone that came in on a personal level. It was refreshing to see such a chic salon have the small hometown feel! I'll be recommending the salon to my friends and family that are still in the area!
