Awful experience. Not what I asked for and the manager very uncooperative.

A GREAT CUT LOOKS GOOD UNTIL THE NEXT - Hairstyling is 70% technique and 30% styling to the customer's unique "look". Larissa has great technique and has given me cuts that were so technically perfect that I looked just as good six weeks after. I've lived in Seoul, Tokyo, New York, Los Angeles and Barcelona THE BEST CUTS I'VE EVER HAD WERE LA JOLIE PRINCETON CUTS. I just visited Princeton from Los Angeles for three days and built my schedule around getting my La Jolie cut before my meetings and seeing friends. It was great! I felt good and knew my cut would look good until my next cut. THANKS LA JOLIE!

I absolutely love LaJolie Salon and Spa in Princeton. I feel pampered every time I walk through the door. The space is clean, elegant, warm and inviting. Their staff is extremely friendly and gracious. Always a pleasure! I've been going to Donna Castaneda for nearly 10 years now. She's helped me with all sorts of hair phases throughout. From brunette, to highlights, to blonde and back again, keratin treatments, and the best cuts and styles I've ever seen. This woman is an absolute genius when it comes to ALL of your hair needs not to mention a rare gem of a human. I absolutely love spending time in her chair. Donna is a true professional and so knowledgeable. Thinking of trying something new? Talk to Donna, she will help guide you through your dreams and help you achieve your inner most beauty desires. She is an elegant seamstress capable of weaving new life into any hair. I recently went to her with my hair dry and thin and in what seemed to me, torn in tatters. This incredible magician restored my hair to a soft and bouncy gossamer glow that I never knew could be achieved. Thankfully, she talked me through all the products that helped aid in my new look and I feel confident I can maintain until my next standing appointment. Donna is fantastic, hands down the best hair dresser I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

First time at LaJolie salon and I was impressed by the staff upon arrival. It has a great vibe, so clean and great decor! Now on to my hair, this was awesome! Donna knew just how to make my very thin hair look full! And the color is fabulous! It perfectly covers the gray with the finest highlights that everyone who knows me has made a point to mention how great my hair is, even men! I am a transplant from NYC and I will definitely go back to Donna again, she is as good if not better than any stylist I used in the very high end salons in NYC.

There seems to be a high turn over in staff and the owners of La Jolie not disclosed. There is horrible customer service and severe retaliation. I witnessed first hand abusive behavior towards a loyal customer. This is unacceptable . I heard and saw how the manager did not respect the customer. It's the worst management I have ever witnessed. Customers keep businesses running. Mistreatment and discrimination should not be tolerated. I heard the front desk tell a woman this is Princeton and we can charge more! Well, I can go elsewhere and tell my colleagues. These people are rude!!!!
