Horrible customer service. Was going to get a groupon and when I called they said the hair stylist was no longer there but they would honor the groupon price and would call me back to schedule an appointment. A week passed by and no Call back. Called again and left a message and the lady Connie calls back to tell me there was no such Groupon and they cannot give me that price that they listed. No problem I can just go somewhere else... Adding my response. I hung up because you you kept interrupting. I was told on my first call it would be honored and would get a call back to schedule something so stick to your word. I'm glad I didn't get services from you if you can't even be professional.

I saw stylist Kelsey at this location just when COVID restrictions allowed for salons to open back up again before closing them down once more. I'm relatively new to the area and needed my roots done and toning. Which is common with full blondes, and seeing that I've been blonde for more than 7 years at this point. So during my appointment I advised Kelsey what I wanted, everything was going well. Then I noticed when she took the foils off that the bleach that she applied to my roots didn't meet the bleach i previously had leaving a distinct line of brown hair. I nicely asked oh is that going to lift up somehow? In attempt to Nicky bring it to her attention. She said yea don reassured me it would. Aside from this I also mentioned how fast she was able to do my hair, and she stated she has been doing blonde hair for awhile and this was the reason she was able to get my hair done so fast. So I set my worries aside and waited until the end. She bleached the tops and front of my hair and still had spottiness due to her not meeting the old color and the new. Also I didn't realize until I got home that she didn't show me the back of my hair. It wasn't until my fiancé pointed out that the back of my hair looks like it wasn't done. So I checked in the mirror and sure enough the back bulk of my hair was left uncolored, with only a little bit of strands bleached. Now, I did not ask for this is anyway for her to misconstrue what I asked for, I'm a full blonde. I always ask for full blonde, and full foils. No kind of balayage or anything that could possibly lead to this. So once I got her contact number I contacted her and sent pictures requesting a color correction. I was advised that it would be an additional 185$ for a color correction that she messed up in the first place. So needless to say I won't be going back and please ladies tread carefully. I wish I would've saw the back of my hair while I was at the salon because I am outraged. Below I have attached some photo

I found this gem about 3 years ago. I have straight hair and my daughter has mixed hair and it's hard finding stylist that are amazing at both. The entire staff is energetic, welcoming. and experts at their craft. We both love coming together and get our hair done.

I had a horrible experience here at this Hair salon. The Hair Stylist I went to was with Kelsey. I asked her over Instagram if she was able to do my hair the way I wanted I send it to her over Instagram and she said yes. It was a violet red color that I asked her to do. I scheduled my appointment with her a week before Thanksgiving of 2019. Upon arriving she asked me "can I see the pic of what you want" so I did and she said "yeah I can do that" so the deal was to cut my, hair color correct it, and Proceed with what I wanted. I specifically told her I like my hair long so cut a little bit She cut about 4inches leaving my hair short............. So she proceed with my hair process.......Once she was done washing my hair. She began to style it. Once I was able to see it in the mirror my hair was literally orange I told her this is not what I asked for may you please do it the way I wanted. She said "yeah ok" so she redid my hair again mind you she had bleached it. So then once she did it the second time I looked in the mirror and it was still orange I told her kindly this is still not what I wanted she said you can come again at a later day so I can fix because "I am out of time". So with the kindness of my heart I agreed. I went Back on Wednesday a day before Thanksgiving so she did my hair for the 3rd time once she did what she had to do I saw in the mirror and it was a dark brown red. It wasn't what I wanted. From the time being I washed my hair only 3xs and it went to a light brown color. Mind you she did not blend the color correctly. Further What I decided to do is message her saying that my hair went to a light brown color after 3xs that I washed it. I kindly asked her if she can give me my money back or at least half and she said "no sorry" and I left it at that..........Please be cautious with her!!!!! And ensure if she has her license posted in her section because I do not recall seeing it.

Kelly Sao is a hair goddess. Let me tell you every service I have requested of Kelly for almost two years now she has exceeded my expectations. I love the environment of the salon, the quality of all my services, the location is beautiful and everyone there is so friendly willing to lend a helping hand. I will forever keep coming back to Long Beach just to get my hair done! Highly recommend.
