Made a last min decision after another stylist at a different salon cancelled on me same day, and I'm so glad I found this place and I went thru with it!! Lauren did absolutely amazing. She knows what she's doing!! She was very open to hear what I was looking for and gave me the right advice for the sake of my hair's health. Highly recommend this place as the whole staff is very sweet and welcoming.
I went in to get my color corrected. I had gone to a very expensive place in Spring Lake and they did a terrible job. Jenny took her time with me and gave me low lights and corrected my color. I FINALLY found my new home !!!!
Thankfully I discovered Jersey Waves when I moved to Brick last year. I explained to my stylist (also owner) Alyssa that I prefer low maintenance on a daily basis and that I don't like to get my hair done more than a couple times a year. Alyssa gave new life to my hair and I couldn't be happier! I can just blow it dry without a lot of styling and it looks great or I can spend a little more time and it looks even magazine-worthy. Alyssa was professional, precise and engaging and she has a great salon. I know you will be happy in her hands and I'm sure you would be happy with any of her stylists--this is a great shop!
They're ok. I've had good haircuts done by them, but a lot of the time I ended up leaving disappointed. Because my hair is so thick and coarse, not a lot of people know how to deal with hair such as my own.
