Went here because of a recommendation , had to get my hair done before the Lunar New Year. Jacqueline was stylist that was going to work on my hair. I didn't expect that my hair would botched and butcher. I have shown a picture of color style and along with trim of 2 inches. The cut was more than 2 inches and it was literally a straight cut when I came with layers V- shape. As for the coloring service, the highlights and base color did not turn out good. Didn't use toner for the colors and blending steps. When it came to the highlight , my hair was still wet which was when she started to tease and put the highlight colors. I recall from past experience that you don't color hair while it's wet. She couldn't do hair treatment for my hair . After the hair service was done , my highlights look like big blotches of colors and two different colors in different sections. One section gap with no highlights. It didn't look connected nor flow of the colors/highlights. The whole time , I felt like they were gossiping or talking while I was there waiting for the duration. The vibe at that place felt stereotypical of going into nitpicking you bit by bit. Didn't give a welcoming feel once you're there. While I was going through the color service , there was a customer who came in for hair cut and which she was not satisfied with her service due to the cut being too short and not what the customer wanted. I should have left but I had hope that they would do a good job. I was hoping this place can be the place I would go for my hair since my go to hair salon is always busy. But I would rather go back my usual place than go here . I won't be coming back to this place and I wouldn't recommended them.

Affordable, convenient and consistent. This review is really for Amy. Amy has a great attitude and really listens and remembers what the customer wants. She does a great job with both women's hair and also a fantastic job as a barber for men. Highly recommended.

I wanted to update my review because I believe this certain individual deserves a shoutout!! I came here a couple weeks ago and I had a much better experience than the first time. The lady who cut my hair was AMY. If you want someone who is nice and actually LISTENS to what you want, go see her. She's great! ! I told her 2inches off and that's what I got. She gave me some fringe bangs too and kept my V shape at the bottom! A year ago, Sandy cut my hair. I told her 2inches and she cut off like 5. I was upset. On top of that, she's not very friendly. From now on, I'm going to get my hair done by Amy! (Even if I only cut my hair twice a year =P)

Needed a quick cut for the holidays and ended up here. Waited about ten minutes and was greeted by Emi. She was friendly and did a great job with my comb over cut. I walked in feeling like a hard 6 ended up leaving looking like an 11 out of 10 ha ha. This place is reasonably priced and conveniently located in Manila Mesa. The women all spoke Vietnamese but I'm cool with it since none of them said I was fat lol. The only word I know in Vietnamese. Remember to tip well. Service workers are VIP!

I just wasted my fucking time and my fucking hair. I showed them the haircut i want to have, but they didn't even get it
