I am updating my previous review from 5 stars to 2 stars solely because of service. Every time I go, no one greets you and it's very awkward. They don't welcome you and I usually have to wait about 10-15 minutes. Don't make appointments with anyone that is not the girl your seeing. I made an appointment 3 days before with the lady who answered the phone. I showed up and when I told my girl I had an appointment with her she said no one told her so I wasted my time to go in for no reason. I really love Ivy but they need to improve the service.
I am one of your very loyal customers, Just walked in to get my nails done and was told I was only able to get my feet done and not my hands... There were about 3 or 4 women working and I am very much aware that they know how to do nails. The women were sitting around looking at jewelry and really to me that was just so unprofessional. Didn't feel wanted nor will I ever go back to get my nails done there. They are and we're very unprofessional and just nasty! I just don't understand how the owner lets people like this run her business, TERRIBLE, I'm also traveling all the way from manhattan just to get my nails done. Always paid great money, you guys need to get it together!
Called for a fill in appt.. the girl was very professional Over the phone, and I made my appt .. came in... wasn't greeted ... waited... Still, no nail tech. Fifteen maybe 20 minutes later she comes up "she was eating which is fine but that's why I set an appt 3 hrs prior, and they obviously weren't busy that day" anyways, she doesn't say hi, and sits down. No eye contact ..nothing. AWKWARD HAAAHA. However, she did a beautiful job and turns out she did them super nice. Will I return. Yes. I'll give another chance. Things got better towards the end . turns out she didn't speak English. Lol
