It's Hair With Flair in Vineland, NJ

I wandered in from the snowstorm this place was awesome.... I couldn't believe the energy. As a guy with very little hair and a beard. I walked out with a lot of flare. I will be back. Awesome people great service.

The staff that works there are very nice but the owner (Leigh) is extremely rude and unprofessional, she talked about everybody when they left the salon. It made me feel very uncomfortable and wondering what was going to be said about me when I left. I don't recommend it, unless you don't mind being trashed when you leave ! She was loud and mean to the employees. She is not a nice person !!

I wish I NEVER went to this place, I want to give less than one star review!! The owner, Leigh is a crazy weirdo who BUTCHERED my hair and is obsessed with complained about her clients the entire time. She also colored my hair the color i specifically told her i did not want just to say come back and get it fixed by the colorist who works there??? Charging me money to have something i didn't want fixed.... When I went back to her to fix the haircut she had given me she RUINED my hair. I have been crying for days and my heart is broken. She cut my hair and took 3-4 INCHES off my hair and didn't think twice about it while blaming the hair cut being messed up by my previous hairdresser who I hadn't seen in MONTHS! Please for the love of God do not ever go here. You will regret it especially if you have curly hair. I went to another stylist to get my color/ haircut fixed and could only get my color fixed. Please look at the photos, I spent $100 on a hair cut and color i did not ask for and had to deal with rude grunts while getting my hair cut "fixed" only for it to be completely botched. Do NOT go here!!!!!

Ive been going here for a few months now and I can say I get the best haircuts here out of everywhere in the area. Friendly staff. Affordable prices. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

If I can do zero stars I would. Friendly staff but have ZERO knowledge of hair and how to keep it healthy or color it. Had 90% virgin hair and they Ruined my hair, had to cut 3" off for it to look normal. The outcome, dry brittle hair the color of mud. I have done better myself when I was 13 with no training (now 43). #1 rule when combing wet hair, start from the bottom and work your way up, if there are knots, don't start from the top and rip the comb through the hair... That can majorly damage the hair especially if it is dry....PUT SOME CONDITIONER IN TO TO SOFTEN IT UP OMG! Won't be going back there. Have not found a place that actually cares about their clients hair. It is going to take me months to get the quality of healthy hair I had before I went there. Such a shame, So now I have to keep it in a bun with tons of leave-in conditioner so I don't cry every time I see it. So after having high hopes of finally getting what I wanted, not only did I not get what I paid for, but I got dry damaged hair the color of mud.
