Incredibly pleased with my experience at Integrity today!

It was quick and easy to get an appointment. They worked with my schedule and got me in as soon as humanly possible, which was so appreciated! They are adhering to all COVID-19 protocol and the salon was spotless. It was a warm and welcoming environment that I felt very comfortable walking into for the first time.

Vivian was my stylist and she was amazing! She greeted me at the door, had me wash my hands, and then chatted with me about what I wanted with my hair. I was in desperate need of a haircut and she discussed all of the possibilities I had to get back to healthy while keeping as much length as possible. She listened to everything I said and the cut came out wonderful! I am back to a healthy head of hair with a beautiful shape and plenty of length- exactly what I asked from her!

Great experience at Integrity salon today. First day of reopening since quarantine. Kim took every possible precaution to make the environment safe and followed all the new regulations.     I would definitely recommend giving Kim a call!

Kim was great! I moved to CT two years ago, and prior to that had seen the same stylist for over 15 years. Finding someone new is a big step and I delayed as long as possible, often making a three hour drive just for a cut, or when I realized that was absurd either cutting my hair myself or going into Supercuts. I was getting increasingly annoyed with how damaged my hair was and the lack of shape in the cut. On a whim, on a Saturday I decided I needed to make a change and after calling around a few places friends had suggested, and finding no availability, I decided to call the place right down the road that I pass everyday. It was definitely the right call. Kim graciously squeezed me in for a cut, despite it being the absolute last minute! Within a few minutes I knew I was in good hands. She quickly diagnosed my main concerns and suggested a few tweaks in my routine (turn the temp down on flat iron and always always use heat protectant) which now a few weeks later I can say have made a huge impact on how my hair looks and feels. I gave a basic description of what I was looking for in terms of length and cut, she asked a few follow up questions and I walked out with the exact cut I had been looking for. Incredibly friendly and welcoming atmosphere and immediately made me feel at ease even as a new customer.  I would highly recommend this.
