I have gone here twice to get highlights. I asked for platinum blonde and a darker highlight for contrast what I got was no where near platinum blonde. It is mousy brown at best. They put in a dark toner which I know i should have said no too because the results as I find are dull.
Owner did not show up for confirmed appointment via email. Did not have the courtesy to phone with an explanation.
I go in to get my hair done every few years (I grow my hair to donate) and I chose Illusions as a new place to try. As a new customer I got $15.00 off my first visit. The customer service was great, and they gave me tips on how many different ways I could style my hair.
