What an amazing experience!!! Katie is an excellent curl specialist and extremely skilled at cutting, styling and teaching me how to make my hair look good once I get home. She was very gentle and put me at ease immediately. I will be back and happily recommend anyone who needs a curl specialist to call Katie. The shop is such a treat as well! It's very warm and full of personality The owner has done a wonderful job creating a very special hair haven!
Terrible customer service. They are changing their pricing structure to be hourly ($110 per hour) regardless of what services you have done. This more than doubles the cost of my normal highlights (usually $160 and would now be $330). They are implementing this change 1 day before my scheduled appointment that I made months ago and would not honor the current pricing structure. They fumbled through trying to justify this ridiculous pricing structure and in the end couldn't explain it. Not worth the money!!
Morgan is a fabulous stylist! In addition to her bubbly personality that makes booking with her a delight, she is extremely professional and gifted at her craft. She gave me a beautiful cut, entirely reshaping the mess I was working with and bringing life back to my face. She fixed my bangs that I trimmed myself (oops, don't do this!) and helped me figure out a very feasible schedule to keep up with maintenance so I'm not inclined to butcher things again myself. She made excellent recommendations for products (without being pushy or sales pitchy) and care to keep my hair at its healthiest in between appointments. You can tell she truly loves what she does which is so refreshing in this kind of environment. Can't wait for my next appointment with her! The salon itself is beautiful, super comfortable and easily accessible in an excellent location. After many years of not having a regular stylist or salon, I have finally found my hair home
I've come here a handful of times now and I've seen a couple stylists there but hands down my favorite is Stacy Wolf. I highly recommend her! She has such a friendly personality and I love the way she blows out my hair
Just got back from my first haircut here. I was very impressed. The salon is beautiful... a little gem in Randolph. And my stylist Staci was very attentive and did everything I wanted to my hair. She was wonderful. Highly recommend and will be back!
